However, a Bill of Summary will be provided for submission to insurance upon request.

Initial Medical Evaluation: $200
Follow-Up Medical Evaluation: $95 (20 – 30 min)
Individual Therapy: $125 (1 hour)
Therapy + Medication management: $175 (1 hour)
TOVA (A Neuropsychological Assessment for Attention): $300
