Thank you for choosing Redeem and Renew Psychiatry to assist you in your life’s journey. The information below is a brief description of our policies and procedures. Confidentiality
Our services are confidential. Tennessee law states: Confidential information is controlled by the patient or by the patient’s legal representative. No information will be released to anyone without your specific authorization. There are three exceptions to this rule:
1. Imminent danger of client harming self or others.
2. Suspected child or elder abuse.
3. When clinical records have been subpoenaed by a court order.
Fees (must be paid at time of service)
Initial Medical Evaluation: $180
Follow-Up Medical Evaluation: $85
Individual Therapy: $125
Therapy + Medication management: $175
TOVA (A Neuropsychological Assessment for Attention): $300
Payment
Cash, Check, Venmo, Credit Cards (and extra $2.00 service charge for credit cards payments is added to bill).
Insurance
Redeem and Renew Psychiatry is out of network for all insurance payors.
Services Provided
We provide psychotropic medication management for most mental health disorders (Depression, Anxiety disorders, PTSD, OCD, Bipolar, Schizophrenia and other psychotic disorders, Post-Partum mood/anxiety disorders, ADHD, and Adjustment Disorders. We do not promise or guarantee any specific outcome. If you have questions about the benefits and risks of medication management, please ask for further information or explanation.
Services Not Provided
We do not provide forensic services. We do not provide SSDI or SSI disability determinations. We do not provide medication-assisted treatment for opioid addiction.
Benzodiazepines (xanax, valium, klonopin, lorazepam)
We do not normally prescribe medications in this class. At times, they may be utilized for a very brief period. Drug screens may be requested prior to, or during treatment. Also, pill counts may be required.
Drugs in this class WILL NOT be prescribed long-term.
