Q: Do You Take Insurance?
‘No’. Redeem & Renew Psychiatry is out of network for all insurance. However, a Bill of Summary will be provided for submission to insurance upon request.
Q: What Are Your Rates?
Initial Medical Evaluation: $200
Follow-Up Medical Evaluation: $95 (20 min)
Individual Therapy: $125 (1 hour)
Therapy + Medication management: $175 (1 hour)
TOVA (A Neuropsychological Assessment for Attention): $220
Q: What Forms of Payment Do You Take?
Cash, Check, Venmo, Credit Cards (and extra $2.00 service charge for credit cards payments is added to bill).
Q: What If I Have To Cancel My Appointment?
If appointments are not canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, you will be required to pay the full cost of the appointment. Cancelations made before the 24 hour period will not be charged and may reschedule for a more convenient time.
Q: Does Redeem & Renew Complete Disability Requests?
We are unable to provide this service.
Q: Does Redeem & Renew Provide Telehealth Services?
Yes, and the platform is HIPPA compliant. Clients must have access to internet by computer or smart phone.
